I visited this store on Sunday 15/3/20 after being direct from a lovely helpful staff member from the store “typo” as I was after a certain pencil case. The two female staff members at your narellan store had no care or display any basic customer service. I paid and she could bearly make eye contact with me and muttered words. Absolutely appalling service. This was the first time I’ve visited a smiggle. I was with my sister who also made a comment on how bad there service was. Maybe these two could learn something from visiting typo.

I went in today with my little sister, she is 6 years old and was sooo excited to get her very first smiggle item. when we entered the store we were greeted by a lovely worker, his name was Rafe, he was very helpful today, he assisted us with finding the perfect item, he asked her what her favourite colour was, what kind of item she wanted to get, he was very professional and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend, at the end of our trip we left very happy with a brand new fluffy notepad, pen and a cute keychain, thank you Rafe for the help today!
