Chipmunks Playland & Café Loganholme

Visited on a Wednesday afternoon around 2pm, was pretty quiet and it's definitely a good time to be as there's less people/kids on weekdays. Equipments are all new and look pretty clean as they only opened a few weeks ago. Ticket is around $17 per kid, younger kid is a bit cheaper, tiny babies are free. Excellent customer services. When we ask questions while ordering food and other questions, staff are very patient and friendly explaining everything in detail. It's not as big as the one at MacGregor but my kid enjoyed the time spent in there.Overall it's a nice place and worth to go with the kids. Would recommend this place to my friends who got kids.

We have been here twice now and it is a great centre, large & lots of things for kids to play on!The negatives;- the cost!!! $16.90 for my 18 month old, lollipops is only $9.90. I understand chipmunks is newer but I feel it’s a bit steep for a young toddler.- kids over 4 like to be in the baby section and run up the slide over and over, not caring that mine and other little kids are trying to go down, a kid is gonna end up hurt. Also parents aren’t actively supervising them either.- there’s no aircon at the top of the playground so it’s very hotI think when people pay for their entry, the staff need to remind them that over 4 year olds are NOT allowed in the baby section.

Great for kids to run around and play. Big slides for them to slide down giving them there thrill of a lifetime. Definitely recommend to family's looking for alternatives than bounce and other playgrounds. Highly recommend.

Do not have a bad word to say about this place. Sure little on the pricey side, but it’s a new centre.Staff were lovely. And was good to see staff in the areas cleaning regularly. Love the under 4 area for my 15 month old. There are actually toys and things for her to do, unlike other centres. The 6 year old had a blast too!Also purchased a pizza and was a little on the fence as they were expensive, but it was delicious!10/10 from me and we will 100% be back!

Very clean, loads of fun, staff were friendly, food was great! Not as noisy as other indoor playcentres we've visited so that was a big plus. Will be on the lookout for discounts so we can go more often, the kids loved it!

BRING SOCKS! Adults & Kids (including babies), I didn’t know & had to buy some ($9 for 2 adult & 1 kid, you get to keep them). It was amazing for our 10 month old. So clean. FREE for under 1 & Adults. Aircon was perfect & more aircon was being installed for the top area (saw reviews about it being hot up there). Will be going back multiple times a week to let bub burn energy & get social with the other kids. Also the 2 areas for different age kids was perfect, babies/under 4 area was nice & big, unlike other places where it’s just a ball pit.

My daughter loves this chipmunks but I’d love to see the younger 0-4 area a bit more regulated.My child was kicked in the face and then steam rolled over another older child all in the same session we were there. I’m aware that the staff are patrolling the area and kicking older kids out when they can but the children just keep returning to the baby and toddlers area as soon as they turn their back.Thank you for trying to protect the younger kids

Clean, great friendly service, fantastic for siblings 2-8. Safe, fun for the kids and great for a coffee break. Value for money considering kids don’t get bored here, there is a lot to do. I’m surprised by the neg reviews, my third experience here and areas well monitored, some older siblings in the baby areas, only showing love and care to the younger ones. Great spot right near the hyperdome.
