Went in on Saturday after making an appointment for gel. One girl barely said boo, the one who painted was lovely Find out they do shellac not gel but thought I would give it a try as they said it was as strong. This is what it looked like 5 days later.

I went here a couple of months ago for an acrylic refill. Overall, I was not happy with the refill due to product being cured on my skin which took days to remove. Furthermore the lady also cut my finger which took ages to heal! The overall job was unprofessional and messy. Would avoid this place if you want skilled nail techs.

Wasn't sure what to expect as tried a few other places and they weren't up to scratch sort of speak.Came here as was recommended and the ladies followed the exact instructions of what I wanted. They know all the locals by name and actually happy to have a chat if reciprocated. Friendly and caring. Will be coming back. Thank you ladies!

Fantastic service from the Owner and lovely chatting to her husband . I arrived at 4:55pm thinking the store closed at 5:30pm . Closing time was 5pm yet the owner could not have been any more accommodating. I have been to this salon many times before and will definitely recommend Sugarcoat to all my colleagues and friends . Thank you !

Never again will I go back there been getting my nails done for over 10 years never have I had fungal grow on my nails until going here. It's now on almost everyone of my nails and I tell them and they say no it's fine . I also had a lady miss shape my nails and take half the side of my nail off when I said something about it as I was paying they said sorry we fix next time but still charged me full price and I said they can't be fixed she said yeah yeah next time pushing me out the door never again!!!!! I have reported to ohs as the fungal is not normal

Made an appointment at 7.30pm, get there and sat in the chair with my feet in the foot spa for 45 minutes, to the point where the water was now freezing. No one came and apologised or acknowledged I was sitting there. I ended up leaving as had to go and feed my baby. Why make appointments if you are not going to honour them. The rudest place I have ever been to, do not waste your valuable time and money here, there is better in the area elsewhere.

I have been a very happy customer of Sugarcoat Nails for a while now. I get Gel Powder on my nails, and I have now had a few different ladies do my nails. My nails are so good, that most of the time I don't even bother with nail polish, and when I'm out and about I always get asked 'where do you get your nails done?'. Anne is by far my favourite. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she takes her time with you. Hannah is also amazing at making sure you are happy. Well done to all the ladies. Highly recommend!
