I play high contact sport and recommend everyone in my club to go to Urban Leopard. They treat the root cause of the injury so you actually prevent further injury down the track. I even have better posture since visiting them. They’re up to date with their approach to heal injuries and I love the creative exercises they provide. Plus they’re all super nice. Win win!

I always look forward to my sessions at Urban Leopard. I see Millie who is fantastic. She has also given me tailored exercises to do at home to improve my mobility. She has helped me reduce my back pain and improve my mobility throughout my back and hips. Highly recommend!

From the first phone call Urban Leopard felt 'different'. I attended with two injuries and have felt seen and supported from day one. Jordan has been informative, approachable and supportive and her treatments have been phenomenal. Paired with practical exercises for home, her emails and care outside the sessions has ensured I have references while learning my new home practice rather than trying to remember each time. The centre is great, feels so different to a 'treatment room' and I love the continuity of approach through the team, physical space and brand. Highly recommended to all!

Have had many fantastic experiences here at urban leopard. Seen both Moyan and Jess and both give fabulous treatments and have been super effective for getting rid of my chronic shoulder pain. Pretty relaxing also. Highly recommend.

I've been attending Urban Leopard for a couple of months and seeing Millie who is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her examinations and treatment. She has provided me with an excellent plan for chronic postural issues, flexibility and strength training, as well as myotherapy sessions which are really relaxing and beneficial. Highly recommended.

Love this place! Had such a great experience here. The venue is really welcoming and nice to be in. Was super easy to organise an appointment and got referred to Jess. She really listened to my problems before going through a full movement assessment and myotherapy treatment. Gave me some excellent exercises to do. I found it excellent that I could then continue in strength training classes with Jess because it provided continuity between my treatments and training to address problems. Looking forward to more classes!
