On morning of regular fortnight clean (with new cleaners), I texted Rashida confirming cleaners were coming at 9am as agreed and she advised me they didn’t work for her anymore. When I asked why she hadn’t told me earlier, no response and no offer to send replacement cleaners. So disappointing, won’t use again
