EDIT:Since writing my original review, I have managed to get in touch with employees from the shop. Turns out they were all on vacation and it was unfortunately not clearly marked on their website. Andrew and Jen did their best to try to help me find a solution. As it turned out more complex than we had all hoped, we canceled the order and I have since then been reimbursed.Quick tip: Change your answering system and set up an auto reply on your email when all the employees are on vacation at once. It would have saved me quite a bit of frustration.-----Original review:Incredibly dissapointed. Placed an order for a Bose A20 headset on December 22nd. Haven't heard back since then, and today is January 3rd. I've tried reaching out by phone, email, Facebook Messenger, but nada! I can't believe this. NEVER have I not been able to contact a retailer over the course of almost two weeks!Hopefully, someone from the shop will get back to me before I file a complaint with American Express. Really. I can not stress how ridiculous of a service this is. I have NEVER experienced such lousy (nonexistent) service.

Ordered a CPL theory textbook, which was promptly shipped and delivered to my address. The website is easy to navigate, and after doing a quick price match with other Australian aviation stores, Downunder Pilot Shop's prices are very similar, if not cheaper. Would purchase from this store again.

Great service! I have bought pens from down under pilots a few times and each time has been fantastic service. I received my order within 2 days of placing it. My inquiry prior to placing the order was answered immediately. Will definitely return for future purchases.

What a great shop! I love that everything they sell if quality and no cheap gimmicky products. It’s heavily Boeing focused so if you are looking for Airbus products or merch/ memorabilia you will have a hard time finding it.They offer some great flight sim experiences with a sim that is commercial training pilot rated. Well worth the visit !!

Manufacturer delayed release of product (no fault of shop) , but I was kept up to date with proposed time line by the store.Purchase shipped very quickly once it came into stock on date promised.One small issue, no invoice was attached to the package, so there was a delay in my inbound customs clearance as I had to manually send them the invoice.

I’ve made multiple orders with downunder pilot shop and have been very impressed with their wide variety and service.Recently I put in a order for a new Bose A20 headset but bought the LEMO plug when in-fact I needed a GA dual plug. All it took to fix this issue was a quick email to their sales team and a representative (Ian) got back to me first thing the next day to assure the mistake was fixed.I will continue to use and refer other pilots to this retailer for years to come.Erik
