Poor service.Went there once and they sent me for the wrong scan for an injury.Went back for another reason and was sent for a scan, I had to follow the clinic up 4 times for a response about the scan outcome as the doctor had to advise.6 weeks later, no response, no calls back.

Everytime I have called or had telehealth appointments, the reception staff and doctor's themselves are extremely pleasant. They are nice and patient, and willing to accomodate all medical needs or when fax issues arise. Dr Wong is specifically amazing. Thank you.

Dr kamkajit (compound medication )This doctor came highly recommended through locals in Rocky. However, I have found this doctor to be rude, uncommunicative and money making driven (just wants to sell his medications).Whenever, I have explained my health concerns the doctor, he just nods and browses his medications. If I have asked him any questions, he does not provide any answers. I found his treatment to be extremely confusing. He also refused to provide a prescription or any explanation regarding his treatment/ medication plan for me.He said that I had to come back fortnightly and see him to get new medications (same ones as last appt) and that he will not provide me a prescription. He basically wanted me to go through him everytime. He also referred me to some paid bacteria tests and when they resulted negative, he suggested that I take the free version of that test because sometimes the paid ones are bad. Why did he not refer me to the free tests in the first place? Regardless, the free one came back negative too and then he suggested that I do the medication course for that bacteria anyway because it doesn’t hurt?In my last appointment with him (about 6 or so months ago), without seeing me or consent he went placed an order for new medications for me. He had no update on my health condition, on what basis was he really doing that?Overall, just a very confusing and expensive experience. I will never recommend this doctor to anybody.

So sick of the waiting times how come I have to wait 1 hour for 8.30 apptNot just once but everytime, would of left but had to wait 2 weeks to see the dr. Can they do ones with paperwork in the afternoon waiting half an hour for someone but when I had a form dr wasn't happyGood drs not worth the wait

Some of the doctors are really unprofessional. I had a few bizarre appointments with one doctor who seemed depressed and carried on about his next level bonkers conspiracy theories including but not limited to, covid being over hyped in order to deliberately disrupt Australian life, particularly western culture, then made multiple comments that were extremely racist. Changed doctors and Dr Wilson was rude and made inappropriate comments as well. Tried to contact the practice manager several times and they never got back to me.

Very Ordinary Service.Called at 8.30 to make an appointment telling reception that I needed a medical certificate. They booked me a telephone appointment for 10am. Waited and waited and called them twice.Eventually Dr Wilson called me at 3.30pm 5 1/2 HOURS AFTER THE APPOINTMENT TIME and told me I needed to present to the clinic cause he couldn't do a medical certificate via a phone appointment.NOT HAPPY.The second star is for DR Millie, she's really great when you can get her.

A massive wait for every appointment we've had, over an hour each time. Nurses are wonderful, however I felt the gps didn't care or help with our issues. Would be more understanding if it was a one off but its been 4 times.

Dr Gregory was so friendly and helpful. He took time and listened to me and we found the issue within 30 mins, after the Yeppoon hospital took 3 hours to do absolutely nothing.

Ive been there 4+ times and i have always had to wait for so long, atleast 1 hour and having to wait that long with a newborn is not ideal. I will be finding a new doctor and medical practice from now on.

For someone who works during the week and no time to do anything else its suits me just fine or get the HotDoc app and manage or book your next appointment. So its convinient for me to see my Doctor after work. Although sometimes you may have to wait, for me its ok.
