Paid for 5d dome glass protection for Samsung Note 9 which the installer messed up. As the store didn’t have another one they put on a 3d protector which they messed up as well. After going back twice to have it fixed they put on a silicone protector which they also messed up and refused to provide refund at least for the cheaper silicone. Refused to rectify the issue blaming me for their faults. There is a reason the store has hardly any customers. Submitted complaint to The Office of Fair Trading.

Had screen protector put on samsung galaxy phone. They had to remove the old one and the guy sprayed the phone with enormous amounts alcohol or similar to break down the glue. Noticed later that day the speaker on the earpiece is stuffed - distorted for anything over about 20% volume. Tried a list of things to clear any liquid on the speaker but no change. Took phone back to shop and the girl behind the desk was completely dismissive and advised its not possible that the issue is linked.

Bought a $45 tempered glass screen protector for my phone. The guy spend about 15mins messing with the protector trying to get a bubble" out.Not even a week later a crack appeared in that exact spot. Phone has not been dropped.I went back and asked if they could replace it. I was told flat no that i must have done something to the screen and the fact that it was in the spot he was messing with was a coincidence! No refund
