A great experience, everyone was very polite and helpful - took a tyre in for a puncture repair but the tyre needed to be replaced, they were extremely busy but squeezed me in, was able to setup my work laptop in their computer workstation area which was a bonus, when the tyre was ready they offered to load it in my car for me but said I was fine and on the way to my car two other staff members offered to help, excellent service, thanks!

Needed a puncture repair for two tyres. Got quoted for $55 each which seemed high but they were able to fit me in the same day so I didn’t mind. Only one tyre needed fixing but I got charged an extra $10 for an “assessment fee” on the other tyre for them to determine nothing was wrong. I’ve never been charged from any establishment for not getting something fixed. It seems unreasonable to charge an additional fee for not doing anything. When I asked about the cost the team member would not meet my eye and didn’t explain it very clearly. Was going to return to purchase new tyres in the future but now feeling like if they will take advantage for a simple tyre patch then definitely don’t want to go back.
