I started working with Taylor when my generic hosting through (crazy domains) became too expensive to look after the 10 websites that i run. Taylor provided me with a much more cost effective option, advised that he would handle the change over and currently runs my websites on my behalf for about 6 months now. His expertise surpases that of just server change overs, he has also helped me in multiple situations where i didnt know where else to turn. When we purchased a new labelling printer and there was no one to offer any assistance with set up and operation or with Wordpress access etc. Taylor uses computer sharing software and is usually able to assist on the spot as required we never have to wait for him to travel in to see us. Computer was constantly shutting down, I had a feeling it was the power button playing up, decided to ring him in the morning after managing to notice his business on google. Was able too see him right away and got it fixed no problems with a fair price.
