I've been trying to speak to someone for almost a month as I have $25k worth of student debt from them but I have no course certificates because I was never a student of any of their universities. They confirmed that I was not a student but no one will speak to me about correcting this mistake. I keep getting told that I am speaking to the wrong person and that they will pass on my details to the correct person who will call me back. Now they won't even answer the phone.I have put in a complaint with my local ombudsman and hope that this can be corrected through them, because I am done with the staff at study group australia.

Dipti chudasama and the finance department are thieves. This company should not be trusted. They'll happily take your money and never provide you with anything tangible to show for it. Read most of the reviews, they'll tell you the same.

My experience with the Study Group staff members has been always positive and learning.The staff members are very supportive and helpful. Learning, I am saying because they are always organising events that is very beneficial for the international students. I would recommend all the international students to attend the events organised by Study Group and be part of it and learn something new every time.
