THIS NEW CHEMIST HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BEST PRICES! The staff at this store are really friendly and helpful. Located in between the Myer and David Jones carparks, the chemist is in a great position if you are pushed for time and need to get your script in a hurry! 110% recommend :)

Worst customer service I have ever received by a lady on the counter named Lucy. She was cold, rude, aggressive and unhelpful.

James is a very friendly and helpful pharmacist. Staff remember names and faces and the prices are definitely the cheapest in Southern Adelaide, I travel to get my monthly scripts here happily for the service and discount I receive! Thank you

My experience was really good.Initially the Pharmacist asked me to come next day as they were expecting the stock of my medication to arrive next day. But when it didn't he arranged it from other pharmacy as l couldn't take a generic substitute.They even price matched my medications with prices of chemist warehouse as they are costlier to me being a private patient in Australia. Really helpful.Highly recommended if someone is in a similar situation to mine.

Terrible service, sold some “glorified vitamins” for $35 then went to return them still sealed and with the receipt the next morning (as they were closed 20 minutes after my purchase when I tried originally) and was told they couldn’t return them, and “it didn’t need to be stated on the receipt” or anywhere else in store of this policy. Lucy, the girl on the counter was rude and had the worst attitude I’ve ever had.Further to this I’ve messaged via Facebook in regards to this and originally no reply, then when questioned again they told me they would look into this, it has now been over two weeks.Terry white is just down the other side of the mall and much much better service so just go there, these people are incompetent and rude at United.

Seem to be improving their prices on standard medications.

Generally very quick and accurate service. James is great. I miss Lucy and Georgia. I understand they can't refund most items due to tampering or purchase and swap of false items.I'm there often. I can mostly get 15 minute parks and have my prescription and back in the car easily in that time.Ground Floor of the Westfield Marion Tower between Myer and DJ is good for fast parking too.

That's twice now I have found I could full my prescription for my diabetes.Medication is hard to get hold of at my local chemist. I was encouraged to ring around. It's nice to ring ahead of time and be able to come in an get what I need.I felt welcomed, even though it is not my regular chemist I attend. Thank you for your support and even vetting me to ensure I was a bonified diabetic.Fantastic work and service.

I bought a script here and was not sent the 5 repeats as per the script and label that they attached to the box and have tried to call them for a week and it gets hung up before I can say anything so very poor service I will have to drive the 2 hours to go there and show them that good customer service keeps you in business.

I bought a omoron ear thermometer from your Marion store at 2nd March. I did a try today and found it doesn't work correctly. Always telling my temperature is 35 around degrees. I brought the one back to the shop want to change a good one but the lady in charge said she can't do anything for me. No exchange, no refund, refused to show me your refund policy.I am wondering is that the correct thing she should do?BTW, their refund policy said if it is product fault, they will do refund straight away!!
