I had three keys cut by them yesterday. The keys had been cut previously but would not operate the locks smoothly. After trying all keys I am pleased to say they are as good as the old ones. The service was professional and friendly.

Called him up at 7pm because I locked myself out of my car, he came around my house and promptly unlocked my car with a small wedge/ pump up air bag (cost: $90). After that he was able to efficiently cut up a spare key in the back of his ute and threw that in for free; this guy's a bloody Aussie legend mayte. The whole experience from beginning to end only took about 10 minutes, this man deserves all the business he gets.

Brought in my old Ford Fairmont on a Saturday and the lovely gentleman was very helpful in helping us diagnose the problem. We left with such good vibes because he was so wonderful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is your place for good, honest service:)

Totally unprofessional, refused to cut a ford fg key fob I supplied, as it 'might break our machine' and I wouldn't be able to program it myself anyway.Quoted me $650 to supply, cut and program a fob for me.Mobile locksmith came to my premises and cut it for a fraction of this.Used my diagnostic computer to reset pats system and program the extra key, no problem. About 5 minutes work....Total cost less than $100...Any mechanic with a quality diagnostic computer can program keys for just about any car.Don't get ripped of by so called 'experts'.
