Absolutely fantastic, impeccable service from Franc and his team! My late Father was a loyal customer for years after purchasing a Ural from EuroBrit. He recommended their dedication and passion for the business and motorbikes - all staff being knowledgeable and accomodating.My Father wanted his beloved Ural to be sold back to EuroBrit when he passed, as he wanted it to return to the team, and Franc (owner) went above and beyond for us. The kindness, understanding, flexibility and first class service we received was just perfect and so greatly appreciated. Helping us fulfil one of my Father’s last requests was just so kind and genuine. It made the parting of such a precious memory so much easier, and we know his Ural has returned to the best in the business!If you’re considering EuroBrit for anything, I recommend them wholeheartedly! These guys are my heroes. From saving my life by repairing my triumph sprint to tackling the dramas of a badly setup pair of mikuni flatslides these blokes go above and beyond. Derek, Jay and the boys are a wealth of knowledge and skill. And not scared to take on the older projects. Good to see someone still teaching the young blokes about carbys. Its a dying art that these guys make their bread and butter. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Outstanding.

Thank you to the staff that fixed my Ducati a couple of weeks ago at very short notice. Their customer service was professional and friendly, and the workshop team did an excellent job on the bike. Well done and keep up the good work.

I've thought long and hard about this and I thought my experience with this company deserved a review. I will be as honest as I can.Firstly, I will say that they do great work. I haven't experienced too many faults and my motorcycle does tick along like a swiss watch. I did find the tank bolts loose but apart from that...they did a great job on my bike.But that's where my good story ends.I asked them at least on two occasions for a quotation of repairs. Something that can be provided by any qualified automotive repairer. Most qualified and experienced technicians know how long it takes to perform a R&R (Remove and Repair). For reasons I still don't know, they couldn't provide me with a quote telling me We won't know until we pull it down"The only work that was done was a basic service along with valve clearances. Bread and butter stuff for most qualified technicians. But surprised to find my bill had well and truly exceeded $2

The website doesn't do these guys justice. If you need anything to do with bikes, Eurobrit service will be sure to help you out. There is fantastic knowledge here and the service is on point. Frank and his team completely repainted two motorcycle tanks for me. He was quite busy but still had time for me to ask all my questions talk about bikes and explain a few things. Talented bunch.Great job on the tanks Frank see ya again.

Initially great, work was good. Unfortunately one of the staff was quite rude on my last visit. It's not enough to just do a good job especially at the prices they are charging, you need to provide courteous and polite customer service, they did not.
