Hi I'm emailing in regards of your newest employee, unsure of her name but she was tall with blonde hair.I came in recently and she wasn't a familiar face but she seemed really rude and not to be cruel but had very strong body odour & personally I don't think that's right to have someone working in a hair salon with such poor personal hygiene because when she was was putting my cape around me all I could smell was cigarettes and body odour & that's just very unprofessional in my eyes.I don't want to be cruel but first off she had no manners, gave me attitude and then had bad odour.Using deodorant should be a must in a customer service salon & same with manners.So sorry I had to leave a terrible review x

I went to Serenity for the first time this morning after a recommendation. Tenneil was my Stylist and I have to say it’s the best haircut/style I have had since I moved to the Blue Mountains 6 years ago. Tenneil is an absolute professional and I knew within minutes that she knew exactly what she was doing. Many salons I have been to since moving up here say they can do this or that but in reality the results are usually a very poor version. I always show a photograph and ask whether I am being realistic so would expect the truth. Anyway, I walked out of Serenity with exactly what I asked for. (Lovely cup of tea as well!!)

So happy with Serenity. First time getting my hair cut and coloured here. They are absolutely lovely people, understood what I was after even though I wasn't sure to start with. Listened to everything I asked for and did a fabulous job. I have very thick and long wavy hair which often can be a challenge for hairdressers but they nailed it. I had a quarter head of foils and wanted a very natural look with curtain bangs and it was perfect. Great price too. Although I would go there just for the vibe because they made my experience so lovely. You can tell all the staff are treated well there too. 10/10!
