I acknowledge KFC is not fine food, but it was once fresh and tasty.The chicken was overcooked and dry, the chips unsalted and tasteless.Time to stop eating junk!

Unfortunately, the toilet was very dirty.. After ordering, I was checking the table to sit down. It was dirty, why really???The quality of the food and the speed of preparation were good and I was satisfied.

STRESSFUL KFC DINNER!!!!!!!Picked up my online order then drove through peak hour traffic. Arrived home to find that the sides I orderedwere missing.I go back and pick up the replacement order (a 20min drive one way - peak hour). Where manager Dhamin offered no apology but instead gave the impression that he couldnt care less.For my replacement order Dhamin pulled 3sliders that were already made and gave it to the person on burgers. She added supercharged sauce.The chicken was a mix of dry and good. Sliders had day old soggy lettuce and soggy tender in it.Chips were ok. My husband said his pepsi was good.Driving a total of near an hour through peak hour traffic for awful food is not what I had in mind after a long day at work.

All the chicken we ate tasted bitter very very dissatisfied. Service was super quick like a minute. Strangely everytime I bought from kfc baulkham-hills the chickens tasted the worst, dry, bitter(your oils are rarely change or have major issues) and feeling terrible after eating. I have decided to stop eating at this kfc for good.

The KFC food cannot be above average at all. You can argue that it's not healthy. However, kids like it and I frequently buy from this place as it is handy. The chips is the worst part, always raw and gets stale in a couple of minutes. Double tender and zinger burger are tasty while the original tender burger is most of the times raw and sent directly to the bin as is not chewable!!In a nutshell KFC is KFC, value for money

Today 30th June 2023. Around 2:45pm. Drive Thru.Ordered 20 Wicked Wings + Large Fries.Received 12 Wicked Wings + 2x Small Fries. Chicken looks like it was cooked in old oil. Without the normal wicked wing batter. Tasted just as bad.Chips unsalted. Just not the same as before.Little scammers or incompetence whoever owns/working there today.If you do order from here, check your order. (Although you shouldn't have to...)It was all good and gravy before, i don't know what changed.

I got a delivery, I ordered a (large) zinger burger box" and I got no burger and a downsized Pepsi?! I also ordered a chocolate moose but it didn't come??!! The mash and gravy had some weird dried up long pieces of gravy or something (that looked awful) I'm NOT ordering from this KFC again! (oh and also the wicked wings tasted old and over fried) Baulkum hills kfc is bad."

Food was oily, as well customer service below average as staff will give you a lesson how to do you order, so if an elderly customer is not up to dated with all this technology, instead of offering assistance to them, we give them a lesson not in a friendly manner. Never experienced something like this before
