They mislabeled the price of an item, and when I realized 30 minutes later and asked for a refund the manager refused. Poor customer service. Will not go back again.

Very bad customer service. I said I need someone’s help to explain difference between two products. The staff just stood in the counter, played her phone. She fully didn’t noticed that what I said.

Expensive and Misleading about warranty. When they said 1 year warranty and when I go after 4/5 months later while product not working properly they just hesitate to answer and need to replace blade or something and requires to pay meanwhile Blade working properly. Just twisted the things.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in town!!! Bought a non-sticky pan and handle came off after 3 weeks of use. I went back to the store asking for refund or exchange, the young lady said she can't make a decision asked me to return on Thu when manager's on duty. Went for 2nd time, manager wasn't there, the same young lady said she can do it for me. She checked and wrote down my phone number, asking me to wait for their call to see if i can get refund. No response for 2 weeks, I went back again. This time manager told me we have your number
