Ordered a Jim Bradley floor to ceiling ball as well as a Jim Bradley complete speedball unit and was a speedy delivery the very next day but the two packages only contained the floor to ceiling ball and the frame and board for the speed ball unit, missing the speedball itself and the swivel. I was a little disappointed but didn’t have much concern and assumed it would be rectified after a simple email, I left two which were never replied to until a few days later I made an actual dispute which they basically dismissed by telling me it should be there an to check the front of my doorstep again an closed the dispute, so I had to make another with a big message etc, they finally “claimed” they would give me what I paid for and when I received the package it contained the speedball but not the swivel. So I’m out forty dollars and I’ve given up. Purchased it elsewhere I just want people to know that it’s highly possible this could happen to you if you shop with these people. Leaving a bad review is always my last resort, but I have given them too many chances an lost money to not inform people.

I bought some Items back in December one of which has turned out to be faulty..I put in a claim and it was agreed that a replacement product would be sent .. I have been waiting months and Pat is not returning my emails .. Terrible service..

Excellent and well prized range of items on offer. Website is easy to navigate. As a local I've dropped in to pick up several items with no problems. When making enquiries I found the service great and their producs knowledge is extensive.

Ordered a Jim Bradley floor to ceiling ball on line as it was in stock and was from Melb location so thought would arrive quicker than an interstate supplier. It has not arrived and is still on “pick” in the tracking. Have left numerous messages and called but it still has not arrived over 5 weeks later. The messages on the website are never answered.

I had the worst experience purchasing two mizuno belts with this place. I didn’t get what i paid for when i only received 1 belt when the package arrived. I called and email them multiple times and I didn’t get any respond at all . I wouldn’t recommend buying from this place. They only care about the $$$ and not about their customers. This place is a joke.
