The experience of having some jumped up checkout lady demand to look in my tiny purse (that could barely fit a tin of tuna in it) every time I go there has lost my custom. I generally spend around $400 and if you think that offending me with your rude comments that “there’s a sign on the door that says we can look in your bag” is “Good, different” you’re sorely mistaken. The other supermarkets make sure that the ‘consumer experience’ is a polite and respectful one. I will not be shopping here again. I am not a thief and do not appreciate being treated like one!! Disgusting!
