If I could give 6 stars plus I would ‘ very friendly very helpful. Only thing is I would not go here if your in a hurry because the shop is full of customers who think this place is superb all patiently waiting their turn ‘ just like I did and walked away very happy as they managed a repair to my whipper snipper which I was told was not fixable’ also bought my new mower today and it’s fantastic ‘And out with the old which they offered to take off me . Taken months to repair demo saw, after repair with no discussion on costs they hit me with $650 approx cost for service and repair and also dismiss anything I say.If something is going to cost over 50% of value of item it would be polite and good business practice to advise customer before progressing with repair.

Sir Thomas Mower has now reached 30 years old (that's 93yo in mower years). It was time for a facelift and service. Mowers and More on Diamond Creek Road did a totally fabulous job with patience, courtesy and competence. Now, Sir Thomas is ready to face the next 30 years.

God save this place … that woman in the store (Sally ?/whoever) is so rude… if she is the owner then she is really dragging her business to the grave but if she is an employee then a message to the owner, do yourself a favour and get rid of her … I just went there for a mere service and she treated me with such a condescending behaviour. I have never seen such a behaviour specially in retail!!!

Terrific help from the staff, but the front desk lady was spoiling for a fight the moment we walked in the door! Definitely work visiting just for a bit of verbal sparring with her, if that's your thing. Oh, and good for mowers and stuff too.

Turned up on Saturday, mid morning, with my pole trimmer in hand that wouldn't idle. Needed it urgently for a job that day. I fully expected to be given a job number and told to come back later in the week.But NO,...... the friendly service gentleman came to take a look, and with barely a word set up my pole trimmer with screw driver in hand. A few adjustments to the trigger, handle and carburettor and he had it running like new in 5 min.He handed it back to me with a nod, and set off to serve the next customer. When I went to pay, I was politely refused, despite repeated attempts on my behalf. So with a heart felt thank you to the lady at the desk, I left.You just don't get great service like this anymore.I know where I will come back to when my mower needs servicing.Thanks M&M team.

They get busy so service isn't good at all. Also if you just want parts you need one of the guys to help you, the woman knew nothing and wanted to charge me to look at a fuel filter i just wanted as a part.Not good there's better else where. Also no parking and death defying getting back onto Diamond Creek Rd.

Great service. Picked up a nice Victa which made short work of our big backyard. Paid a little extra to get the 4 blade mulch version which means not having to empty the catcher every few minutes. Highly recommended.
