The worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. My parcel was delivered to the wrong house, on the wrong street! In the last month a number of parcels have gone missing or been delivered to the wrong houses (postcode 2576) I hope TOLL finds a new subcontractor to look after their parcels in the future.

Had my delivery sitting at their depot for over a week without any attempt to deliver... it was a subcontracted job for Border Express... once Border Express told me who the company was, I collected from the depot as O was sick of waiting for delivery

The worst courier experience ever. Parcel was tampered with in transit and recipient only received one out of five items. Items were packed in a PVC tube but packaging was blamed by courier who refused to take any responsibility for theft.Steer clear of this mob.
