Highly recommend Asthetic Nails. Everyone here is so lovely and professional. I see Natalie who always does an amazing job with my acrylic extensions and Shellac. No matter the picture I show for inspiration, she doesn’t disappoint.

Thanks for your service , love my nails.Really good artist and fit me and 4 others in the night of booking.Professional criticism-—Nail files are reused from customers previous to you.—The younger trainees need to pick up their game when it comes to service and work.Nail shape on one of the fingers was crooked and paint is chipped no cuticle work was done. The nail sticker was damaged when placed on.Overall, if you get one of the nail technicians who has had experience doing nails you will achieve and receive what you are looking for.Thanks again

Jade and the girls here are amazing! Always so helpful and friendly, they do an awesome job of my nails even when I don’t know what I want, the ladies help me every time. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve been going for 4 years now.

Always courteous, quick and efficient, and I appreciate the technicians’ attention to detail. They’re always busy, but when my nails are being done I feel like I’m the only customer in the salon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had these nails redone 3 times today, looks like someone put whiteout on my nails, showed a photo of what I wanted and it turned out like this, I also paid for a pedicure and two of my daughters nails that were just painted all up spent $115, so unhappy with everything and definitely will not be back.

I am really disappointed about the service I got.I asked for a classic French tip but with green not white and not only do I feel I was over charged but the lady was rude, rough and the overall nails are poor.The nails are pointing upwards and feel extremely uncomfortableThe lines on my French top aren’t even straight some stop half way down the nail others all the way to the bottom, there are bumps and spots where the lines don’t line up. For $85 I would have expected at least clean lines and nice service.Wouldn’t come back

Wouldn’t recommend this place worst customer service staff are very rude and don’t give the service that you request and end up paying more than planned there’s a nail salon near Woolworths that offer better service

My friend and I were here this morning we got told to come back in half an hour, ended up waiting an extra half an hour on top of that. The man started doing my nails (I wanted exactly the same thing I had done 3 weeks ago) he was coming up with every excuse not to do it the way I had it done last time, so I trusted his professional advise but as soon as the tips were on you could tell they did not look right at all so I asked for them to be changed as I wasn’t happy with what he was doing, not to mention he just cut the tips completely off so there was no length at all. He ends up grabbing the manager and we explain to her we aren’t happy and she got angry. She then takes over and started taking these nails off and she cuts my finger, there was blood and everything and I tell her what she did and no apology at all. This place is very unprofessional and get angry if you aren’t happy with something they’ve done wrong. And it is very expensive for what they give which is a rushed job to get more customers in. That’s all they care about.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been too. The staff were amazing and efficient. Very professional job and did exactly what I asked for. They made sure I was happy with everything and were not overpriced. I will be coming again!

Very rude how they talk about you behind your back in their language ,i dont think they knew i could understand them , paid 150$ for casual nails and eveybrow tint that came off with in a day which was a waste ,prices went up from how much they said it was on the paper to when you had to pay which was confusing ,i was very friendly and still got treated like that.
