The service is lacking. The lady who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional, way to drive clients away.The photos you receive are average. They are slapped on an A4 paper, not aligned in any way. Two of my photos were not 3D prints, one being the heart rate? It is clearly a rush job.There are also no bathrooms there.On a positive, the sonographer was pleasant.

Such a fantastic experience. Incredible clarity of images. Also very reasonably priced. The sonographer is fantastic and has all the tricks to get to the good images, she’s also so lovely. Definitely do this and bring your family!

I've had three ultrasounds done at Fetal Fotos, and I've been impressed each time. The photos are brilliant and the sonographers are lovely. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants an ultrasound done during their pregnancy.

Really nice experience, both ladies I had were lovely. Baby wasn’t in a good position first session so we weren’t able to get the gender, went back a couple weeks after to try the gender again (no charge) and we got it. Got photos both times which we are really grateful for.

Excellent service, attention and final product. I loved it! My baby was trying to hide herself, but the person who did the ultrasound was awesome and tried different positions and strategies to take the perfect photos and video.

Very friendly and professional staffs, the lady who did ultrasound took really nice photos of our baby. Highly recommended!

I have been lucky enough to attend a session at 3D 4D Fetal Fotos Adelaide on 2 occasions with my daughter in-laws when they were pregnant. One time for my grandson and the other for my identical twin granddaughters.The experience for me as a grandmother was overwhelming and extremely exciting.Rose is highly skilled with decades of experience in ultrasound.Her knowledge in this area is impressive. Not only is she good at what she does, she is also kind, caring and considerate.Maree at reception is also wonderful to deal with making the whole experience very pleasant.The quality of the images was amazing giving us a very clear picture of what our babies would look like, as was confirmed when they were born.I would highly recommend 3D 4D Fetal Fotos Adelaide to anyone who is having a baby. This experience has to be part of the journey and one that every grandmother is invited along for the ride.Rose and Maree thank you for the experience !!!!!!

Such a lovely experience. We had our 3D scan and saw everything we were expecting to see. Sonographer was lovely, she tried everything possible to get better pictures of our little peanut. Price was reasonable, $100 for A4 size 10 pics including USB and CD and also the gender revel. We are very pleased with everything. Few other things like car parking available, very cozy and tidy place, felt homely to be there for first baby scan.

My husband and I have been here twice. Once at 16 weeks to find out the gender (they can tell you or print out the gender in a sealed envelope) and again at 34 weeks to see our babies growth. They charge a flat rate of $100 which includes a usb with the ultrasound pictures and cd with the video footage of the ultrasound, they also print out an A4 photo of the best 6 ultrasound pictures for you to take home and put in a picture frame/on the fridge. Very good for the price and excellent customer service! The girls there are absolutely lovely and make you feel and your ultrasound feel important and unique. I would definitely recommend this place to any expectant mother.
