Supercool Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning

GOOGLE AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS, AND GO WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN THIS COMPANY!On the 25th of January I dropped my mini bus off at “Supercool” to have the air-con fixed. I had no idea what the problem was, however Naren advised me one of the hoses I have previously had repaired was “too long” and somehow this caused it to lose gas. He refused to take the hose off to repair it, I had to have that done by another mechanic. Hose off, drive hose to Naren, he repaired it, back to mechanic to have it fitted. Then ion the 26th January, Naren re-gassed the system for me. He insisted on being paid in cash, and did not email the receipt as promised. When I reminded him to send the invoice, he said “no invoice, you paid cash”28th February, I I took the bus back, because it was not cooling again. I was told to leave it there, and he would look at it. He tried to blame the new leak on a screw that has been in the bus since I bought it, when I insisted it could not have been, he changed his mind, and found the fault (which he would not tell me) and once again I picked up the bus.30th February called Naren to say the “Emergency” light was on, for the air conditioning, and he said it was because the blower had only 2 speeds working, rather than the three, and told me not to worry.1st March I called to tell him the air conditioning was not cooling properly, though still working slightly. I left a message because he didn’t answer his phone, and he didn’t call back.14th March I called again, several times, no answer.19th March the crimp on the hose released, causing a dump of all gas etc. from the system, and filling the bus with gas and smoke. I tried multiple times to call Naren, but he didn’t answer my calls. I sent him a photo of the house, to which he replied “That’s a lot of pressure probably you have to order genuine hose”I asked if that will fix the problem, and also, why does it have so much pressure. No answer. Again, I messaged asking if this will fix the problem, and he told me to order the hose from Mitsubishi and tell them I need the drivers side compressor hoses.I asked “Both?”He replied, “I think they sell them in pairs”Later that night, my driver presented to hospital suffering the effects of breathing in a large amount of gas. The next morning, when I found out, I was asked by the doctors to find out what type of gas, and how much, so they could determine long term risk.No answer.I sent 4 further messages, no answer. I tried to call 4 times. Straight to voicemail. Whenever I call from my number it goes straight to voicemail. If I call from another number it rings. It is obvious he has blocked my number.21st March I called a further 4 times, straight to voicemail. I called from another number, which he answered, but hung up when he heard my voice.22nd March I again, tried to call from my number, voicemail, called from the other number I had called him on, but now this too goes straight to voicemail.I tried a third number, and he answered, asked who I was. I told him my name, and he said “Sorry mate, goodbye”Now THAT number is blocked too.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! They are dodgy, they do not know what they are doing, and they do not honour warranty they insist on cash and then don't issue receipts. They hide, hoping people will just go away.This matter is in the hands of Fair Trading now, (who are also interested in him insisting on cash payment, and refusing to give a receipt.If you want your auto aircon to work, and want someone you can trust, there are plenty of other companies out there. Use any of them! Not this one!

Came out to our house at 9:30pm on a public holiday because we had no air conditioning for our drive for our family holiday the next day. Could not be happier with the service and accommodation this guy provided.

Naren was very professional with his workmanship. He was fair with his charges and resolved the issue in a short time. Went above and beyond my expectations.

Disappointing experience with this company. I phoned to see if they could fix an electrical problem with my vehicle at my home, which is a few minutes away from them. I was asked to text them my address and details, which I did, and they then didn't have the courtesy to contact me to say they weren't going to come out or arrange a visit at a later date. Strange way to run a business.

After being cheated out of my money and charged for repairs that failed, repairs that a qualified repairer subsequently reported to me were not the work of a quality tradesman, the Department of Fair Trading have told blame that Supercool Airconditioning Services is NOT the holder of a current NSW Motor Vehicle repairers License, and as such is operating outside the law. They further informed me that Narendra Prakash is NOT licensed to do this work.They are looking into it further, with action expected to follow. Be careful, make sure your repairers are licensed and insured for the work they carry out on your vehicle.
