The Bathroom Biz - Renovations and Showroom

Pete and the team at Bathroom Biz made the whole process seamless when doing both our main bathroom as well as en-suite. Timings of the tradespeople, communication to us and all other aspects ran super smooth. After visiting their showroom to learn what was possible, Bathroom Biz transformed our bathroom, toilet and laundry. Throughout the process we were kept informed about what was happening. The tradesmen's performance was first-class. We are very happy with the outcome.

We didn't have a great experience unfortunately.-Their subby plumber flooded the stripped out bathroom and failed to inform Bathroom Biz, so I came home to a messy, very damp surprise which included water in live electrical fittings. The pictures show just how much water was released, and the dripping light fitting in the room below.-We made our expectations clear to Peter, yet their on-the-job foreman kept coming to me to find out how things were to be configured. I'm not sure what would've happened if I wasn't working from home!-We were quite clear on which areas of the house that we would accept access. This was not passed on to the whole crew, so some guys accessed parts of the house that were off limits.-Walls were damaged in the process of strip out.-New basin cracked a few months after installation. Replacement basin is different, and has a dimple flaw, but no point complaining; I don't want them back here.-Tradie who did the basin replacement left traces of silicon on the new benchtop.-Something blew in the IXL Tastic a few weeks after installation. Bathroom Biz insisted that it was probably just a bulb. They eventually arranged an electrician who confirmed it was a fault in the unit itself. Still, it took weeks to resolve this.-Seriously, get your guys to have a dump before they go to work in someone else's house, especially if they can't clean up after themselves!All in all, I think that there were some big communication issues between Peter and his team. We won't be using Bathroom Biz again.

We purchased some fittings and modular cabinets. The purchase and the pick up was easy with a fair price and a logical lead time.

Peter (who provided a quote that I thought was very reasonable) and the whole team, from the admin staff down to the building craftsmen (Andy & John), plumber, electricians, painter and tiler could not be faulted for their excellent work.They accommodated every change I asked for, everyone turned up promptly every day and worked to complete the job in unbelievable time - the finished effect is absolutely fantastic. I'm so very pleased that they were recommended to me in the first instance and I've already recommended them to others - even the postie.A job well done - thank you

Our two bathroom and laundry renovation was outstanding from start to finish. Pete and Vicky stock everything you need at their store - wish I had known they have tiles too! We shopped around and still ended up getting everything from them. The workmanship was outstanding, the tradies were all exceptional (huge thanks to Scott and Adam in particular), they finished on time and with no drama. We had some special needs and nothing was too much trouble. Most importantly, our bathrooms and laundry look fantastic - we could not be happier!

The Bathroom Biz did our main bathroom, toilet, laundry and ensuite, so quite a big job. I am truly impressed with the whole process from quoting, picking products, gutting the rooms and to completion. Pete and Vicky Garner and their tradespeople runs like a fine tuned machine always cleaning up after themselves and always polite and helpful. If I ever need a bathroom done again The Bathroom Biz will definitely be my choice.
