News agency staff are lovely and helpful.The post office ladies are some of the most sour faced and rude people you could encounter, it’s so bad I thought I was being pranked. Horrendous customer service from them, go anywhere else for Aus Post in Tuggeranong.

I'm really surprised to see negative reviews on here because I have always found the staff at Erindale post office to be nothing other than really friendly and helpful - and I've been there a lot of times! I also love the fact that they are open until 6 pm, which is wonderful if I miss our local at Chisholm. Keep up the great work!
