Installed a set of RV Storage Solutions drawers and fridge slide in the 4WD and set off to the cape. The quality and finish on the system is second to none. They performed faultlessly over all those ruts and corrugations. Recently had a small issue to fix and they couldn't have been more helpful. Five star product and five star service.

I had some old Black Widow Drawers in my DMAX which had been quite damaged in a crash. When I went to RV Storage to have a cargo slide installed the installer asked me if I wanted him to have a go at fixing them as part of the cargo slide install. I asked him to do what he could. Almost three hours later he brought the Ute back with not only a cargo slide installed but the most amazing repair job one on the probably 15 year old drawers. I could not be happier with the pride he took in his work and what was achieved in the small time available - my only regret is I did not tell him to spend more time on it all! So many companies will not help out with items they are not directly selling to the customer or they do only very basic installations - so I was very grateful with such an unexpected transformation.

Needed to remove a fridge slide on a two drawer RV Premium Alloy in a Discovery 4. Couldn’t find any old paperwork or work out how to do it. Sent RVSS an email explaining my drama. Early next morning I had a reply. Printed the reply and went out and quickly removed the fridge slide. It was lovely in this day and age to receive a quick response on an item bought some time ago. The response was prompt, instructions were step by step, detailed and clear, enabling me to quickly remove slide…. the only other thing I can say is that the drawers work a treat. I was planning on installing a fridge slide in the rear of Ford Ranger ute and I had been referred to RV Storage Solutions for a slide, by the manufacturer of my fridge. When I called, Tash was very helpful and also mentioned a new product, the RV EcoLite Cargo Slide. After some careful checking (fit and instal etc) I ordered the RV EcoLite Cargo Slide and not the fridge slide. I have been really pleased with the cargo slide. It fitted well between the wheel arches, leaving room for my auxiliary battery and other bits and pieces. The slide rolls really well and the multiple locking points work well and are likewise well spaced. There is the exact space I need to store my 41lt ice chest behind the fridge and I have plenty of access to the chest. On the other side of the slide I have found heavy duty plastic tubs to fit perfectly.I now have easy access to the contents of my ute tub without breaking my back & knees.My ute is used for recreational activities and I tow a caravan. I live in Wollongong NSW and the slide was freighted to my installer (who charged my $94 for the installation). Tash quoted and arranged the freight.

RV Storage Solutions did a fantastic job fitting our draw system in our Landcruiser. They were awesome to deal with throughout the whole process. Really great people who care about their customers. I highly recommend them!

Just had a great experience with support from Hayden at RVSS. Had small issue with the fridge slide but quickly resolved. The really above and beyond support was for an item I had installed at the time I had the draws installed, by an agent, and this was giving a very annoying rattle. Hayden came to the rescue and issue sorted. Excellent service and very much appreciated.

I recently purchased the 50L water tank and thought I’d fill the tank and check for leaks before installing into my new rear draw set up in my wagon. I’m glad I did as it leaked badly at the grommet on the tank for the suction hose and also on the clamp securing the suction hose to the pump. I emailed RVSS on a Friday morning and received a reply they would be in contact Monday, no drams. I called them Wednesday, they had seen my email but not bothered to reply, I was told the Engineering Manager would be in touch and a week later I’ve still heard nothing. Pretty disappointing, you pay decent money for faulty products and get zero customer service.

I purchased a eco light double draw set up with a fridge slide built in for my 200 series Landcruiser. This was the lightest draw system i could find and i have been very happy with them. After a trip up north last year I had a small issue with one of the draws. The staff were very efficient organising the inspection of the draws and fixing the small issue. Would definitely recement this company and this draw system.

Purchased a tilt slide combo and had some issues with the slide locking in the open position.Dropped into the factory and was extremely happy with the support received. Hayden took the car over to the factory straight away and worked on it with the tech team to get it sorted without delay.I left feeling very supported with a product working without issue.Very happy to work with a company genuinely interested in meeting customer's expectations.

Waste of a phone call. They wont sell a cargo barrier to anyone unless you buy their draws as well. What a load of rubbish.
