We just completed Puppy School with Peter on Tuesday Nights. I can not thank Peter enough for all of the wonderful tools and knowledge in assisting me train Goldie and the other puppos in the class. Goldie has come leaps and bounds since the first day we walked in the doors with a very tiny very shy mini Dachshund that wouldn’t even walk on a lead. Last night she completed all her tasks and came 1st in the class and bounced out the door on a lead. Peter has certainly shown me the tools I need to continue training Goldie and has helped us with dealing with those playfulPuppy biting.Highly recommend

Love the staff. They were very helpful and explained things clearly. They took wonderful care of Coco while she was being spayed. They made sure she was comfortable and explained her procedure before and also her after care and what we needed to look out for to make sure she was safe and well after her operation.

Yesterday I got my cat neutered and I couldn't be happier with the end result. The staff are very friendly, they treat your pet with care, the service is exceptional. This will be my first choice for pet care from now on

Was greeted upon entry & told the team member i was there to purchase but would like to have a quick look first.Looked, picked up a tank light (had to guess pricing cause the 60cm didn't have a price tag) picked it up to purchase, selected a tank thermometer, waited with products in hand, no further assistance was offered while i waited at the fish tanks which felt like an invitation to check out pricing at Petbarn instead, which is where i made my $180 purchase.
