I purchased a Dyson from this store. Avi was so helpful and even personally delivered my vacuum. He assisted me to find the right vacuum for my office. I will definitely go straight to Avi next time I need a new vacuum.

Needed to buy mum a new vacuum cleaner as a previous one had died. I went in there not knowing what I needed however the customer service lady was extremely helpful and very polite and was able to help me pick the perfect vacuum for mum. The cleaner has exceeded both my own and the person who the cleaner was for expectations. A great price, expert service is what you can expect when going to the store

I phoned this store asked about a bagless vacuum cleaner. I was told I can bring in my old vacuum to trade in on a new one. I was told by the female representative that the good ones start at $119. So I came in . Waited 25 minutes while the man was on the phone , lady was out the back but could see me and came out but went out the back again. Finally the man got off phone and served me . Refused to show me the $119 vacuum kept trying to make me buy dearer vacuums . Was rude and not helpful at All. Disgusting service.

Disgusting. Bought vaccum had to return it as partner bought me 1 at same time, no probs. Go buy mum bags 2 wks later, cost $99, my sister got them online for her so returned them. Was using Google Pay 1st time didn't realise it charged to Humm instead of debit card. In end had to go ombudsmen, got accused of being dodgy, they were calling Humm to tell them I'm scamming people. Wouldn't refund money, rang head office Again yesterday finally getting refund overc3 months later.

Have repeatedly requested replacements pads for Hoover Heritage hand steamer. The staff member promises to call when the pads come in after ordering, yet they never arrive and when I return to ask I keep getting the same merry go round! Very poor service won’t be returning!

Had repairs done on my Pullman. Fault was found and repaired, Kavithe was very friendly and helpful from the moment I inquired about service to the time I pick it up was trouble free.Thank you.

I went in to buy the $99 Hoover vacuum and the lady there was nice enough to set one up in store and let me have a go. The lady knew what she was talking about. The delivery was on time and the customer service i got was very good. Very friendly staff. The $99 Hoover works very well. So Happy Camper indeed.

We have bought two high-quality machines from this store - a Verwerk vacuum cleaner and a Wertheim carpet cleaner. Service here has always been very good. Today, we picked up our vacuum cleaner which had been used by mistake on wet carpet - the vacuum is back in perfect order and we were not charged a cent (despite the fact that we were completely responsible for causing the machine to malfunction). Excellent outcome.

They have had my Dyson Upright Vacuum cleaner since before stage 3 lockdown. That is months and Im sick of hearing that they are waiting for parts. All I want is the power head fixed/replaced.NOT HAPPY JAN!!!
