OVENMAN® - Oven Repairs & Replacement

Our almost 10 year old Glem Oven was not heating at all.I browsed everywhere online to find a company that serviced the Adelaide Hills and I found The Appliance Specialist. I phoned up half expecting them to say no but that same afternoon their serviceman Geoff came out to investigate our problem and he showed us why the oven was not heating due to the bottom element being burnt out. He was professional, pleasant and courteous and he answered any questions my husband and I had. A new element was duly ordered.Due to Australia Post delays the new element took longer than usual. Geoff brought the new element as soon as possible and I am pleased to say my oven is working beautifully.

On the phone, I was told $130+parts. Andrew first said the timer was the problem, $265 to fix, After replacing the timber, he said the igniter is the problem, to fix that, all up $490.

Can only give 5 stars .Arranged a time and he arrived on time with the new part cleaned up after him self and his appearance and manner was first rate .Andrew has set the bar high on service ♨️
