Children's House of Early Learning Boronia

We have been attending CHOEL for almost 18 months now with our 2 young children. Initially our eldest struggled with the transition and the staff were very supportive and helpful with him transitioning. We have been incredibly happy with the service and our children have been very happy there. The staff are all very welcoming, professional and all have been lovely to deal with.

We went on a tour of this place and was really looking forward to seeing such a well reviewed centre.I’m curious that most people said this place had strong professionalism. My first impression occurred when I was walking in and a staff member was honked by a car and she turned around and stuck up her middle finger at the car.Following on from that, person in reception was abrasive and appeared stressed about meeting a deadline so was late for the tour. Saying that “she didn’t have time” and really needed to get it done”. I don’t mind if she was late, but her manner made me feel like it was annoying to do that tour and it was stopping her from doing other work.When we started the tour, she never interacted with my son, when I asked questions about both childcare and kinder, she mentioned many times that she was confused. It got to a point I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome by her manner on the tour that I said that we might just go now.The chef was the only redeeming person who was friendly and said hello to my son.Honestly, although the ratings are high, I just couldn’t ever send my child there based on that experience.

My 14month old has been attending Choel since he was 5months old. The Staff have definately made him feel welcome and apart of their Boronia Family. It warms my heart that he gets so excited when we walk through the door. Highly recommend!!

CHOEL and staff do an amazing job. Every staff member is kind, caring and supportive towards the children. My daughter tells me everything about her day. When I ask how her day was at childcare she tells me how much fun she has had. Thank you to all staff members at CHOEL, you all do a fantastic job and deserve recognition.

My 2 yo daughter has been attending this centre for almost 1 year now and we couldn't be happier! The team are lovely and genuinely caring, my daughter loves her days here and I am at ease knowing she is in very good hands. There is excellent communication to us parents, I love the regular photos and updates. Thank you to the team at CHOEL for all your care and dedication :)

Could not recommend a better place for your child to learn and have fun. Jaz & Jazmyne are awesome educators (along with the rest) and we are so lucky to have them look after our child. Thank you for all you do :)

My daughter started at Learning House at 10 months old. I can honestly say it has been the best thing for her. Our little baby girl has come out of her shell & formed the most beautiful, outgoing & crazy personality. All staff are super supportive, engaged & invested in your child’s development & well being. I could not be happier with our choice to send our baby girl to Learning House.

We have been attending since my 3year old was 9 months old and she absolutely love her daycare days! Our 1 year old now attends and the staff have helped her settle in very quickly.We could not be happier and highly recommend the center.

We have been part of the CHOEL community for almost a year. Both my boys have had, and continue to have a wonderful experience. All staff are welcoming and passionate about building a positive, safe and fun environment for all children. The team at CHOEL work harmoniously and communicate well with each other and families.
