Visited to get some pants shortened. Dropped off in the morning and paid ~$29 a pair for the express service. Swung by just before closing to pick up. The wait was quite long as there were quite a few people picking up items so try and avoid the end of the day rush if you can. Overall good service and workmanship.

I just needed some hems done and a few repair touch ups. These ladies were wonderful. Very affordable and the workmanship was great. Would recommend anytime.

I had a faux leather jacket with a large rip on a sleeve to be repaired. They did a fantastic job fixing it and I was amazed at how cheap it was for the repair.I’d definitely recommend anyone to give Looksmart a try, I had a great experience there. The lady who served me was exceptionally friendly as well. 5/5, will go back again.
