Was flying for the first time and was very unsure on how to check in and go through all the processes. Wendy was extremely warm and kind and took me through the whole process which took half an hour out of her time, yet she was so patient and explained everything to me really clearly to ensure I felt comfortable.Thank you for making me feel much less stressed about my experience Wendy!

Friendly, helpful and dedicated staff. Hours on the door can be a bit deceiving but if you ring the doorbell there is generally someone around who can assist, particularly if you are expecting to pickup something shortly after the arrival of a specific plane (i.e. a pet).
