The yoga classes are tailored to your ability level. The environment is very warm and welcoming. Nivriti is a wonderful, caring and considerate person. She is very compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. Her instruction is easy to follow and she always demonstrates well, leaving you feeling confident. I love attending the yoga classes every week.
