Christine has managed my properties for many years and always brings an attention to detail that I haven't found with other property managers. If you are ever looking at an agent to manage your property or even sell it, i strongly suggest that you look for another agent. This is an agency and agent that is just not worth dealing with.You should really reconsider if you are a current landlord or a prospective landlord in using this agency, and even the Brand of First National.The Director of the agency is the most unprofessional, unethical, incompetent, disrespectful and dishonest agent that i have come across in many years. Whether it be inspections, rent increases, exit reports, the everyday role of a property manager, it is clear that these are well beyond hers & her agencies capabilities.She is happy to take her fee each week as long as she doesn't have to do anything for it.

I just bought my first home, a little cottage and Chris helped me through the whole process. I could not have bought my house if Chris didn't spend time with me, helping me understand the whole process. When I moved in on the first day, she had been and put fresh flowers on the bench and some muffins. Thanks so much Chris for helping me feel great in my first home!

Cannot recommend Christine and her team enough. Not only did they sell my house in under 4 weeks, they organised for me to move into a rental property immediately so I only had to move once. Great team to deal with.

We recently moved to Warrnambool from interstate and have to rent (privately) for the first time since the mid 90's. Dealing with First National from day one has been the worst experience and one of the most unprofessional businesses I have dealt with.The property was presented in a poor condition, gardens and trees overgrown, the house not clean inside, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas.On the day of submitting the detailed condition report (the one conducted by the agent was very lacking) I asked when the gardens would be weeded (that is after I removed a heaped 10x6 trailer of overgrown trees etc) and the reply I got was along the lines of tenants don't weed so we won't be doing it".There was a few issues with the property

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed in the lack of service provided & feel sorry for the homeowner as Christinecost them 30k from me in higher bids, not to mention the other 2x bidders we were up against. Knew very little information about the property I was looking to purchase & didn't return any of my calls, it was always up to me to chase her up, on one occasion 6 days after her telling me she would get back to me.I am still in the market looking & my experience was that bad that I will actively avoid any listings from Christine & first national.I still cant believe the lack of interest I received from Christine who according to her email is the director of this company.

Overcharged me rent when it was illegal to do so. Didn't respond to advocate until the complaint went higher.

I made an offer on 12 Rutledge street warrnambool on 12/0721.Christine Steere replied with an email that i have another chance to offer my highest price & will meet with the customer the following day 10.00am with multiple offers.I made another higher maximum offer.I did not hear from Christine again until i called her after 10.00am 13/07/21.She said she presented an offer to the client the previous night which they accepted, going back on her word.She did not present all offers to the client which she said she would & is not fair on the client & myself.This is a classic case of favouritism & very unprofessional.I am very disappointed and thought Christine would be more fair & professional.

Christine from First National recently sold our house and was most impressed by her high work ethic, always available for interested buyers and communicated well to us throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell property and thanks Christine for a successful sale
