Very rude manager.Asked a question about whether they had stock as advertised available and video tuition on how to was on.She was quite rude and condescending,This has not only happened once . From now on it’s SPOTLIGHTYour loss as I will be telling family and friends

Girls were friendly and helpful and service was prompt. Plus there actually were some cotton rich fabrics and not just the usual polyester and viscose. Shame the only stores left are now on the outskirts of Sydney

An appalling Branch of the Business.No one to check Double Vax or that we were checking in on entry. Looked to be only one person working until all of a sudden 2 more appear from nowhere.The elder male attendant at front counter was so rude and dismissive along with yelling across customers to the other attendants in the store.Kept taking his mask off to talk to people and when someone else asked for a bag, he threw the options on the counter. I certainly won’t be back to this branch.

Drove for an hour to get here. Arrived at 4pm only to discover the store was closed, when it's closing time was 4.30pm... unacceptable customer service!

Went to enter the store because I saw some Craft kits that I could do with my son. The old man that works there gave my 1 year old and I the filthiest look, like we weren't welcome. Mind you, my son is so friendly, smiles and says Hi to everyone. This guy just looked disgusted by him. You don't deserve my money.I decided to turn back around and leave. I really hope they close down soon, waste of space.

Went to the store yesterday and the customer service was disgusting. Looked around for someone to help me on the floor and couldn’t find anyone. Went to the one girl who was on the desk to ask if someone was on the floor to help. She told me there was 1 person in a blue shirt and to go find them. I did another scope of the store and still couldn’t find someone. Your in the middle of Boxing Day sales and only have 2 people on the floor? One who couldn’t be located??I ended up walking out and not buying anything. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and even basic service goes along way!

Staff make you feel extremely uncomfortable I asked a lady working there I was looking for a certain something seeing if they have it in stock, she was eyeing my body up and down made me feel extremely uncomfortable before she replied and told me to look over there.Not coming back here the staff look at you very horrible not bubbly or friendly more judgemental stink eye looks at your body stairing at me up and down like I'm buying clothes.Please don't give customersup and down looks of their body.Look at the customers face with a smile, it's very rude look at people with such judgemental looks.Thank God they opened a SPOTLIGHT in Campbelltown I'll only buy my supplies fromthem from this day forward.

Called the store asking if I could collect an online order from the shop that day and they said yes, no problems. When I arrived I was then told I couldn’t collect the online order but I could purchase the items in-store and return the online order at the store once it arrived.So I purchased the same items in-store which I’d ordered online (because I needed them sooner than the delayed delivery) & when I finally received the online order, I returned to the store to complete the refund and they wouldn’t do it. Biggest stuff around!

Honestly, with 2 people on the floor in a store that size you can't expect miracles and I get they're stressed. The lady at the checkout though, when I told her I needed advice for the right needle I couldn't find, she just sent me back to exactly where I'd already been and told me I could find a needle there. Then, when I found the only other guy in the store and asked for helped he stared at me annoyed, didn't explain anything, and just passed me a packet.I got 10 times the advice from another customer as I did from them. They needed more staff, but the service was absolutely terrible.

They have good sales and a decent range. But zero customer service, every time I go in, doesn't matter who serves me. Even basic manners like saying please and thank you are beyond them, any questions or enquiries are met with eye rolls and huffs. Very unwelcoming and I only go there if absolutely necessary.
