Went into the shop today & I was welcomed by all staff. Wasn't sure about the product I needed but was definitely pointed in the right direction. I was even given a taste test to make sure I liked the flavour before buying it. Much appreciated guys. Keep up the good work!

As a complete newbie to the world of health supplements, John was so welcoming and an absolute wealth of knowledge. Without being a pushy salesman he listened to my questions and guided me towards the supplements that would give me the most benefit. 10/10 would happily shop here again.

There product is off before expiry date and there staff member told me that u can give it to ur friend but we don't do return becausethere policy. Im not there to return just showing them there product is really worth it or not. I was with them from last 6 years or more. But now I think I have to buy from somewhere else thanks .Very unprofessional. Its $138 I have to through it away. Hopefully u guys can improve ur services in future

Very disappointed. Went in on australia day, no other customers in the store, 2 staff members behind the counter. No greeting when i walked in, a cursory glace in my direction, no offers for help. Even when i asked what was the difference between 2 differing fat burners.Instead treated to overhearing 1 bloke boast to the other about a conquest. Never mind a customer overhearing or his 2 yr old daughter. Actually, Change that disappointed to disgusted. Wish i put in a review of the lovely lady who helped me last time i went into the store, but after these 2 meatheads, I'll just order online now

Walked into your store today hoping to get some good advice and some help regarding some products that I browsed online.Unfortunately that didnt happen and i was a tad disappointed at the service and not only was both team members just chatting away but one of them was actually eating behind the register.Im not sure if he was on break but still ..Even when i asked questions the lady just went back behind the counter to continue talking..Yes it was quiet but im sure in ANY shop if a customer comes in you go up to them to help and answer their questions..Im not writing this to be a bad review but in hope theyll just re-think and improve their customer service.

Had an wonderful experience at the store. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Cameron was a great bloke. Definitely would go back.
