Could not thank or recommend ‘Dan the man’ form Clayton’s any more for his help when breaking down yesterday with three kids and my elderly grandmother in the car. The dual cab truck was able to transport all 5 of us with the car and Dan organised to transport us on home from the mechanic where we dropped our car. He helped me fit the kids car seats in the truck, carried out luggage across, entertained the kids and explained how the car gets on the truck. He was very aware of the kids safety and quickly getting them in the truck before doing anything else. An absolute gentleman who helped my grandma in and out of the car. Highly recommend.

Drew, Max & the team at Clayton's Towing service. I can't thank you guys enough for your professional service. After being constantly let down by 1770 towing for over 2 weeks with every excuse imaginable. We went from a mission impossible to a successful relocation of my live in Caravan. Drew was my first contact, quote, customer liaison. He understood the situation. Was easy to talk with & organised the right sized truck & a very capable operator Max who did our job outstandingly. We worked together. I pulled my caravan with my Land Rover out of the Toorbul Caravan Park to the boat ramp trailer parking area for easy pick up. Detached. Max & I loaded the caravan on his truck. Then we drove our vehicles the 450 odd km to Agnes Water. Unloaded the caravan out the front of my father's property. Reattached & manoeuvred my caravan onto it's new site. Max despite his disability was great. No doubt he is a capable individual. Definitely do not judge a book by its cover. He did what others couldn't do. Actions speak louder then words. Have seen the Towies tv shows. Have had the pleasure of travelling with Clayton's Towing during our participation in the 2017 & 2018 Brisbane Convoy for Kids. After we lost our first baby daughter Alana, a full term stillborn. My Land Rover was named after her. From 1 Australian trucking legendary family to another. Including our late Toots Holzheimer. Life in this harsh country. People helping other members of the community. Hope you guys keep doing the great work you guys do. When ever we need help towing our vehicles again. You guys are our first call now. RACQ highly recommended as well.

Claytons towed my car Sunday following an RACQ call out. Richard attended and was fantastic. He was efficient, courteous, friendly and careful. Despite my car being broken down, this was a very positive experience. Thanks again Richard, you were awesome.

Fantastic experience today with Dan the man! He was the most friendly, calm person and exactly who I needed in the moment. He explained everything three times for me so I was clear-minded after being a bit stressed just off the Bruce. He put the time in, in the rain, to attempt a dismount into a parking space (awkward angle), then took the time to dismount at a different angle… All with pure class and the patience of a saint. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Dan! I couldn’t be happier with this Clayton’s experience. :)

Had Richard come get me today out in Bil Bli, was the best customer service I’ve had in really long time. Will absolutely be using service again, cheers mate.

Big shout out for customer service at Clayton's Towing.Needed information on putting a caravan onto a truck for relocation.Nikita (or maybe Nikyta as per my niece!) was absolutely brilliant in her assistance.Definitely getting my job when the time comes.

Had two containers moved by Jak, he arrived promptly and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service, Jak’s a credit to Clayton’s Towing. Highly recommended.

Michael Ling (553) came and towed me from the highway to BP. He was so calm, confident and kind to me during my situation. He called me as soon as he got the job to pinpoint my location and to make sure I knew he was coming which was so reassuring. Recommend Michael and Clayton’s Towing to everyone!!
