Honestly, a bad hair cut. The trainee gave me an uneven graduated bob. It wasn't what I asked for. I distinctly wanted it to be straight at the back and instead it formed an inverted point at the back. Looks fine with my hair tied loosely up but I can't wear it down, it looks ridiculous.I didn't even say anything, I didn't complain yet the owner was curt with me and gave little to no guidance to the trainee so it wasn't really her fault. In the end, the owner just said to just do two diagonal cuts towards the front and then she was done. Having had graduated cuts done properly since then, I now know that this isn't how to do a graduated cut.Would have expected friendlier service from a local hairdresser.
