Would not recommend.Had a consultation on the 15th of September and was told I would receive my return 2-3 weeks at the complete maximum. Almost 2 months later nothing, don’t return emails and follow up callsDo not waste your time

The team at Mona Vale branch were thorough and I am happy with the accuracy of my return. They then sent my return to head office for auditing before being sent to the ATO. The auditing process took 2.5 weeks, which in my opinion is too long. And they requested an unnecessary amount of information and superfluous documentation which I provided anyway. Overall I'd say their service is good value for money.
