I love shopping at McPhails. Great service and loads of new stock all the time. I love all my gorgeous new furniture.

So my wife and I made our decision to shop here after looking around other shops, the attraction was local business. After settling on the product and quite a high price tag we walked out felling satisfied. Little did we know. Delivery day comes I had to chase it up only to be told that it was not put in the book and then told it was not their problem. When product finally arrived and I started the unpack and install process I was very saddened at the quality of it. No where near the quality of the floor stock that we made our decision from, after care service well yet to be discovered. Be very careful the product that is on offer is poor and expensive. We are still in negotiations on a resolution to this experience.

We purchased 2 pieces from the business,the service was great to begin with. Then the product was delivered the quality was poor and customer care was also disgusting. Delivery time was not kept, it took wks to get someone to talk to us about our second class furniture. We were blocked from Facebook and also contacted via messenger by Taylor McPhails asked what the issues were are when we explained blocked. Waiting our small refund that does not cover the cost of repair to the furniture. Buyer beware once they have your money it’s all wind from there.We are unable to warn others via face book. Just ridiculous just communicate and be fair, respectful and honest McPhails

very disappointing with communication after the sale and delivery of our furniture to Sydney.We purchased a dining table and matching buffet for nearly $2500 and when the table arrived and we unwrapped it the iron legs were damaged.It does state on the website that you are buying recycled timber with imperfections but not expecting them to say that the damage can be on the iron legs also and thats just what we have purchased.Lockheart Dining Table - This product will vary from piece to piece due to the characteristics of recycled timber and will show different signs of imperfections including marks, scratches and dents.Stated above is talking about the recycled timber and not the iron legs.Very disappointing in no communication back from the company for something that could have possibly been easily resolved when the furniture arrived to Sydney 3 weeks ago.

The advertising is INCREDIBLY annoying after a prolonged period.....we are not dumb Mc Phail.......put some thought in your ad mix....we purchased from elsewhere...and mute your ads.

Very unimpressed with the way we were ignored when asking about a bed we wanted to buy, the customer service memeber actually ignored our second question because they weren't interested and asked the people behind us how they could help. Every retailer should be able to tell consumers where their products are made. Won't be going back.

The furniture all looked great and high quality. The 2 items we wanted were in stock in the warehouse to deliver later in the week. Will update review once delivered and set up
