Felicity is the most professional therapist I have ever seen. She is so kind and patient. She takes care of my back for more than half year. My back pain improved a lot after I seen Felicity. Really recommend Felicity.

Dr David was very professional and patiently explained my condition, treatment plan and prognosis. I had a great recovery just after two sessions for my chronic shoulder pain. I would highly recommend Dr David to anyone with similar concerns. Thank you.

Harmandeep, she is my sister, called me and told about the incident happened today at your clinic. She sounds very upset of not just getting the service she was confirmed, where she was only late for 20 minutes and still left her appointment time approximately 25 minutes, which she was requesting that she is happy to pay for full but get her the remaining time to see the therapist so that her pain can be at ease. On the other side, you people accused her of abusing, I know her very well, she is known as very kind heated sweet and professional among family friends and co workers. How someone can put wrong allegations while these people were not even willing to attend her. What is her fault. I wouldn’t not have posted this but this is definitely not acceptable and inappropriate to accuse someone like this instead of admitting mistakes and improving their service. Honestly unfair and unacceptable. She was very upset and feeling low on such behaviour and then accusing her for nothing. These people really need to learn how to attend a patient. People went to these clinics to ease the pain not to go through emotional pain. Such a shame!

The staff in this practice are so friendly and welcoming, they respect you and really listen. I searched all of Brisbane for a good massage therapist, and i finally found one here. I have now been seeing her for years. She has a background in exercise/sports science and therefore has been able to ID and treat my pain. I really like going to this practice!

David, a nice guy, helped me when I thought my knee had a problem due to long-term running. After his diagnosis and therapy, he gave me some advice and suggested exercises I could do at home to relieve my knee pain. Thanks to his help, I am feeling much better now.

I highly recommend Ms Alison Cao as the great Physio. I had sudden pain in my body, I cannot sit without pain; another physio in runcorn just checked it and send me a referral letter of ultrasound. It means no relief at all, no value to me. Then I managed to see Alison here on the same morning: she identified my issue in 5 minutes, then impressed me by 3 different treatments in my first appointment. I left the clinic with great relief, I feel fine to sit, the pains are gone. Alison saved me from the worst pain. She is a magnificent person!
