ENT Clinics - Pindara

This clinic has a very rude receptionist that is not willing to be patient and help the client. I wonder why people that don’t like people take this kind of job. I got stressed before having my consultation I can’t even imagine how it would be after. No, tks!

WARNING- LOOK ELSEWHERE!!I came to Dr Dan Robinson seeking help with breathing through my nose due to my cleft palate. I advised him I had had previous surgeries to my nose, the latest being two years prior. This surgery was a cosmetic procedure and I didn’t want the look changed, I was unhappy with one aspect of the shape but wasn’t willing to ruin the look altogether with another surgery. I was advised by Dr Robinson that the look of the nose would not change and I would be able to breathe a lot better.Unfortunately, all outcomes from this surgery have been a complete failure. I have been left with one overly large nostril that drips with no feeling in it at all and one tiny nostril that I can’t breathe out of (worse than prior to surgery) it is so small in fact that I can’t even clear any build up when I have a cold or flu as it won’t fit a pinky. A big bulb on the end of my nose that’s is uneven. This has had a huge impact on my confidence as it has completely changed the shape and look of my face. After 30+ years trying to not look like I have a cleft by surgeries and procedures I’m back to square one. Although when I told him I was unhappy he replied with I think it looks better.I was advised by Dr Robinson in hospital the day after my surgery that my nose was an internal mess and he would not enter it again due to potential collapse so any option of rectification was off the table in the first 24 hours. Basically, hey your nose was harder than I thought and I’ve done what I can but I won’t be going back in. I then had to be admitted two weeks post op and put on antibiotics for an infection. I’ve spoken to numerous surgeons here and internationally about fixing this and am waiting to hear back as to if it is even possible. If I am left with this botched nose I will be doing everything in my power to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Again STAY CLEAR!

I had a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty and couldn’t be more happier with the results that Dr Dan Robinson has given me! I’m extremely happy with the shape and I can breath 10x better now!

I've had two terrible experiences with this organisation. And I was discriminated by, from the female Operations Manager'. Disgraceful organisation. Disgraceful treatment.

I have been seeing Dr Anderson for nearly 4yrs..I am extremely happy with him fixing my severe ear problems

Waited for almost two month, to be seen for only five minutes, the doctor(Daniel Anderson) acts in a perfunctory manner with his job. Not very helpful, does not worth the wait.

Thank you to Dr Daniel Anderson for the wonderful care provided to our 4-year old for his tonsillectomy/grommets. At consultation I was immediately comfortable with Dr Anderson's recommendations and our son warmed to him straight away, which helped us prepare him emotionally for his surgery. Dr Anderson provided thorough verbal and written advice and the whole process was very smooth. On the day of surgery, Dr Anderson briefed us again and followed up quickly after the surgery, answering all our questions and giving very clear post-op instructions. Our son is already well on his way to recovery and we're very happy with this experience. Highly recommend Dr Daniel and the team at ENT Clinics!

My 2 year had his adenoids removed. No care afterwards, no explanation on who to call or where to go if he became sick from the surgery, which I needed this advice 24 hrs after. I had to drive around to Drs, hospitals 10pm the next day for help.Before op I had to email in the afternoon as I hadn't received what time etc.Arrival I was made to feel uncomfortable for arriving 15 mins early. My infant wearing a all in one suit (I didn't get any instructions on what he should wear etc) Also made a sarcastic joke about I won't be staying in the night because I brought a bag with me. (I didn't know what I needed to bring for day surgery for a infant so I packed spare clothes, he comfortsetc)

I saw Dr. Dowthwaite for 2 surgeries and he was fantastic, I would highly recommend him.I never had to wait long to see him and all of the support staff that I dealt with in the practice and on the phone were lovely, especially the lady who booked in my first surgery, she helped to put my nerves at ease. Thanks team!
