Wow so i went in yesterday the 2.12.21 at around lunch time. Grabbed a size 8 pants and needed a size 10. I tried getting the 2 girls attention that were just standing behind the counter chatting. They pretended not to see me, so i walked up to 1 asking for the size 10 shes like oohhh i don't know what you mean. Im like these are to small can you please get me a 10 if you have them. Comes back sorry we have none on our system i said did you check the rack and she just stared at me. The other girl came to to me saying yeah we don't have a 10 i can check another store for you. I said no thats fine. Walked out thought I'll just check myself what do you know multiple size 10s on the rack. I told both girls that there was a size 10 and received attitude from them both. I think you guys should get an adult to run your stores not 16 years old that have no idea about customer service.

One of the best shops in Westfield Parramatta to shop for female clothing. Pretty good quality, not toooo high price and friendly staff.

The clothing are nice and can look extremely flattering depending on your body type, and there is always something for everyone. However, as customer service is also a product, I must talk about how terrible it was. I had been looking for a few products which I have been trying on earlier but could not purchase it right then and so had come back to get them. When I could not find it, I went to ask one of the employees there who had been in the stockroom to locate them. Before I even said anything, she already had a look of annoyance of her face which remained there throughout our whole interaction. She had not even tried to help me locate the clothes and straight out told me that it was already sold out. I understand that the things get sold quickly there but to not even bother trying was plain unsatisfactory. I returned to her once again after trying to find the clothes on the display racks by myself and was once again, met with her annoyed expression. This time, I tried to ask if she could help me or even just let me look at the rack where tried-on clothings were hung outside the changing room (where I had last left the clothes) right before she flat out told me that what I wanted was probably already been sold. That was extremely unhelpful and felt plain rude, especially with her annoyed facial expression. This all happened on the 9th of January (2019) on a Wednesday and it was not the blonde employee (who was nice and helpful) who was at the front desk. I dread having to go back there to look for clothes in fear of encountering her again, which is such a shame, since their clothes can be pretty nice.

This is a great store. However, it has terrible staff. I tried to refund an item of clothing at the counter and the lady that was serving us was very rude. It seems as though...she didn't have manners on how to talk to customers.

Always my favorite place for shopping. Reasonable price, good collection of dresses, tops, skirts and many more. ❤❤

Rude staff. I approached one girl and asked if the store had any puffer vests in store. She didn’t know what I meant. I had to explain to her what a puffer vest was. She still didn’t know what it was so said oh you’ll have to ask the one at the counter and shooed me away. I asked another staff members and she showed me where to find them. I politely said she may want to pass some feedback to give to her manager about the rude staff member and she simply said “oh my manager isn’t here so...”Won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service. Closed the change rooms 20 mins before close and refused to let customers try on clothes who were in the store BEFORE the supposed announcement which we didn't hear (fyi they don't have a PA system).What a waste of my time spent in your store.If you advertise that you close at a certain time then you should provide the appropriate customer service and stick to it so you don't waste others time.Or provide an official policy on this that can be displayed for all to see.Or pay your staff extra to stay and clean up outside of opening times - when customer service should be the higher priority.

The customers themselves make this store unbearable. To take so many items into the changerooms and leave them inside-out on the floor with the hangers strewn around shows an utter lack of courtesy and disrespect towards the staff who have to clean up after everyone. Items pulled from the shelves are dropped onto the floor or shoved over racks carelessly. Visible exhaustion and stress on the faces of the staff. I truly feel for anyone who works at this store.

The staff were incredibly helpful. However they lacked the smallest size in most of their items - though they did have everything I was looking for in stock
