I recently had the pleasure of visiting an extraordinary lash technician Rosie, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the incredible customer service and exceptional results I received. Her professionalism and warm demeanour instantly made me feel comfortable and confident in their skills. Rosie is a true master of her trade!

I see Rosie at Lash Envy regularly for both Lashes and Brows and highly recommend her. She is extremely personable and easy to get along with. She, along with the other members of the team always make me feel welcome. On top of that I can always count on Rosie to do an amazing job. I have had problems with Lash retention in the past and Rosie worked with me to find the best fit for me so I could retain my lashes for longer. 10/10 would recommend.

Rosie is an absolute star, she knew exactly what I wanted with my lashes from day one and has been such a partner in crime with my various colour change ups etc. she has such a great eye - no pun intended - for symmetry and is always such a pleasure to have a chat with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Also the ladies at reception, especially Emma, are wonderful too.
