I would highly recommend John, he went out of his way to follow all of the safety procedures that have needed to be in place due to COVID-19, from making sure everything was sterile before even meeting our pugs. he made sure there was distance between us and himself and there was no contact what so ever. John was so professional and our fur babies loved him and will now be seeing him on a regular basis.

John is great! We have been getting our dog groomed monthly for a while now and her coat and skin have never been better! John takes every precaution and his safety measures put into place during this COVID-19 pandemic have been very reassuring. Cannot sing his praise highly enough.

10/10 - I highly recommend John @ Blue Wheelers. John was professional & responsive from my first enquiry. Today we were lucky enough to meet John & our 2 dogs got a long overdue bath. I was a little worried as our boy is 30kg of energy and loves to jump; while our old girl can be temperamental & anxious around new people. But John was great, he took his time with both dogs & they both behaved better than they do for me. Sophie & Jetly both look & smell great, I've already booked their next appointment with John for 2weeks time.

I would absolutely recommend John (and Roly!) to anyone wanting their dog groomed. John had no hesitations with Kesha, my American Staffy, and was very knowledgeable about the skin conditions and best shampoos to use on staffies. Kesha has had two baths with John now and each time she comes out smelling lovely, feeling soft and best of all her skin is looking the best it has been for quite a while :) ...already booked in for next month!

This is the first time I have had John from Blue Wheeler groom my 16 year old West Highland White, John was very professional and explained everything to me and listened to my requirements and did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable also because John has measures in place to followed regarding Covid 19. I have now booked regard appointments.

John has been washing out Shar Pei for 2 1/2 years now and would not trust her with anyone else. She can be stubborn but John has earned her trust.John called before he arrived to let me know of the new safety measures. When he arrive he was wearing an appropriate mask and followed social distancing rules. To maintain social distancing i left my dog at the fence, she is scared of people so John sat with her and fed her some treats and gave her a cuddle to help calm her down before her wash. She came back clean and smelling wonderful. I highly recommend John at Blue Wheelers Albion Park.

John was prompt and on time. Caring and loving towards both my fur babies. I thought he would have his hands full with our Border collie Patch but he handled him with kindness and patience and clipped him well. Both dogs went back for cuddles after their wash and clip. I would highly recommend John and will be using his service again.

John is amazing. My mum has her little wild French bulldog washed and nails clipped by John. She had been wanting to book her in but her health declined rapidly as she has a terminal illness. I called John and he dropped everything and was there in less than half an hour to give Jellybean a wash and nail clip, so it was one less thing that we had to worry about. An absolute gem of a human, and so fantastic with dogs. Jellybean loves him, and she was so fresh and clean. It meant the world to us that you were able to make that happen John, thanks you!

John was great with our dog, she’s a 14 year old Staffy and she is usually difficult to bathe but it was no problem at all, he took his time and made sure she was okay throughout the whole process. Highly recommended 10/10. Already booked in again.
