Both my companies deal with Preference Floors on a daily basis and this is handled each time with ease and efficiently by our rep Travis. The service offered by Travis is second to none, wether it’s during work hours or after work hours My teams requests are always answered. Keep up the good work mate it’s much appreciated!

Your pallets in which your flooring are packed on are better quality than your flooring. Will never buy again. Better supplier's like premium floors. Your standards are second class.

Warranty???? What warranty this company deflects every product problem that arises, claiming that the installer is responsible as the money has not been paid to the Manufacturer Preference Flooring. Issues has now been going on for 16 months. Now at VCAT looking forward to the outcome. Everyone do yourself a favour and have your flooring store/installer purchase your product from another company that actually understands customer service and the ACCC warranty procedures. ZERO STARS!!!Response!!!!There is no dispute that Preference Floors have continuing warranty issues. There is a pattern in the majority of your reviews. This can't be disputed.

As a retail store we can not recommend Preference Floors highly enough as a supplier. We are highly satisfied with their products and quality, there is always plenty of stock and every order is well looked after. Great customer service . Highly recommended.

Unfortunately a poor product and an even poorer customer service experience. Their floorboards developed problems soon after installation and they have consistently refused responsibility. Speaking to various installers, it sounds like product issues and refusing to honour its warranty happens regularly with this company.+++Update+++Thanks for the response". One of the most reliable flooring suppliers in Australia. They have a wide range of high quality timber flooring product. Their 21mm thickness engineered timber is the best in the market with almost 20 colours to choose from. No one in Australia has a selection like Preferencefloors.Also Travis at preferencefloors is very helpful and he’s always available even on weekends.This company always stands by their product.

Very helpful and prompt support in providing me with a solution to finding / sourcing a couple of extra laminate floor boards that I was left short on a job . Two weeks after installation, we found splits and squeaks in the newly installed engineered floors. The product is ‘Preference Select Spotted Gum’. Our installer uninstalled a few boards from the floor, the boards have already bowed.Two people from ‘Preference’ came for an inspection. They showed me with their moisture meter that the new floor boards have high moisture readings ranging from 14.7 to 15.5, one of them told our installer over the phone that the moisture content is high. The other person suggested we have high moisture inside our house. I lifted up the underlay from the uninstalled area for him to take a reading on the subfloor – the original Tasman Oak boards. We saw 8.8 appearing in the screen of their moisture meter. Our house is sitting on stumps with no damp area underneath.“How do you explain the reading difference between your product and our original floor boards?” I asked them. They couldn’t give a specific answer and concluded with “Anything is possible”. They also pointed out things such as skirting “sitting too tight on the new boards”, “cold draft come from underneath the house”. They didn’t examine the unpacked products sitting in our hallway and suggested the moisture level in our house is the problem. One of them said: “The engineered floor is a natural product. All boards will bow. 5mm is totally acceptable according to the industry standard.” In my photo, the board has curled to create a gap of 15mm.It was promised that a report will be prepared within 2 to 3 business days. We haven’t heard from ‘Preference’ for a whole week despite the reseller has contacted them at least twice on our behalf. We are disappointed in the product and the service from ‘Preference’. People who have bought the same product, it is time for you to have another look in your floor.VCAT case now closed, we have received full refund from Preference Floor. Beware of their tactics when dealing with customers, stand strong for yourself.

We recently had our flooring installed through a very professional Team at Chadstone Carpet Court using ASPIRE Hybrid flooring. The color and Quality is beautiful,good variations and feels good under feet.It wasn't to hard to decide as they have so many good colour options to choose from.

Have done multiple projects using Preference Products. One of my Favorite and reliable flooring suppliers in Australia with Very Good range of high quality flooring products. Wide range of good Trend setting colour selection in all of their products with the colours to choose from. The support from the Rep Travis is Great :) always there to help. Love your work Travis :)
