GTE Dog Transport

Completely unprofessional. Was meant to contact us the day of our pup being dropped off, never did and wouldn’t respond to calls or texts. After 4 hours, they texted to say our pup would be dropped off 8 hours after the designated pick up time in a completely different spot. Not to mention the fact they couldn’t even find where our pup was.

Used GTE to transport our new dog from SYD to MELB over the weekend. From the start Kimberly was so easy & lovely to deal with. Our driver also kept us updated on his ETA, the handover went smoothly and arrived earlier than advised. Overall I had a pleasant experience with GTE. Would highly recommend.

Do not use this company!!!! I was expecting my pup to be delivered and was told the driver would contact me the morning of the delivery, I tried calling multiple numbers and sent multiple messages that never got answered! They then messaged at 4.30 in the afternoon to say the puppy will be delivered in a completely different place it was supposed to be at 8.30 at night! They are very unprofessional and are extremely rude to deal with! DO NOT USE!!!

I would not use this service.I sent a quote off asking for a price on getting a dog delivered to me from NSW to VIC. I was after a price. I waited for days and heard no reply, so I contacted them on Facebook. I asked if I can get a price on the cost. The person was deeply rude and hostile. Carrying off that I should know since I asked them about it, and it was in my inbox and it wasn’t. I checked junk, spam ect. Did not arrive at all. Then I asked politely if they could resend it to me and he said “Sorry not interested” totally unhelpful and just appalling behavior. I’m glad I did not use this service, I found another service where they were polite and very helpful.

Craig was lovely......down hill from there. Pups where not delivered on Sunday. Families waiting where not contacted and left wondering and worrying. I tried several times to contact them. No response. Photo taken of pup in cage that looked to be dirty. No water. Pup drank 2 bowls offered by new owners.

Great people, very reasonable prices. They keep you up to date with communication and how your 4 legged buddy is travelling… Totally recommend their services A++++

The driver Craig was great, and Kimberly at the office was lovely. I've only rated this company so poorly due to the owner. My puppy had to stay at their facility for a couple nights and when my partner or I tried to call and find out important information we were treated very poorly by Dorothy. We were told not to bother her and yelled at. I don't think someone who is not a puppy person" should be running a dog transport company."

Extremely poor service and business.Would never recommend this company to anyone, ever.Was told by Dorothy that she will be in contact with the driver and let him know where to pick the pup up from and where to deliver her.Dorothy said leave it with us and we'll get it organised. She was quite rude on the phone.The next morning came and the breeder made contact in the morning with Dorothy, as no one had heard from her as yet and we were told that the dog would be getting picked up around lunch time, so we'll just checking what time to meet the driver at. Dorothy was so rude to the breeder, for asking what time they needed to meet the driver at and she still made NO CONTACT THE WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT still. Don't know how this business is even still running. People like this should not be in business. Such a dodgy company. And EXTREMELY RUDE lady.

Excellent service, communication & punctual.. prices were reasonable and not ridiculous unlike similar competitors. Would use again 100%!

Great experience dealing with this company, very friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening.Note if you're going to pick up your dog from the property near Bendigo, there is no signs on the property, just open the gate and go in. Best to ring beforehand.
