Re front and side timber gates installed Oct 2022. Instead of the quoted 45mm x 90mm untreated pine timber, EF supplied cut down 50mm x 100mm timber for posts. One gate then didn't fit between the posts. A narrower post was sourced, 38mm x 90mm in different timber. As a result, left and right posts are of different widths and timber at my front gate entrance and the lock so close to the brick pillar to risk scraping my hand. Cappings are 30mm higher than the gate and not as discussed. A very disappointing experience.
