I was recommended to come here by Porsche Centre Brisbane. So glad I followed through with these guys. Rob was fantastic and the crew looked after me from start to finish. My Porsche had a garage door fall on it prior to a major photo shoot. The job when finished to remove a dent and some scratches was indictable. 10 out 10 guys you nailed it

After getting rear ended recently I had my car repaired here. Very pleased with the correspondence with Anthony who answered all my queries via email In a friendly professional manner. The work was done to a very high standard. Shortly after this I had a car park incident where another driver scraped my car. Anthony gave me a very reasonable quote and the work was done very quickly.

Hi, I had a family member accidentally bump into my BMW Convertible in the rear end and it left me wondering what to do. It wasn’t terribly serious so I called Rob to see if he could have a look at it and give an assessment. One of his guys Allan Chan met us at the car and proceeded to fix and buff the visible marks on the spot . Turned out to be very unnoticeable in the end and not worth an insurance claim of thousands if we had gone ahead with painting over a few scratches. So we drove away free of charge and very happy with the outcome. We have dealt with Pickering Smash repairs on a few occasions before and have always been happy with their workmanship and service. Can’t recommend them more highly.Thanks Rob.

Had a repair done, was seamless and quick and the car was even washed on return. They informed me of a hire car service which was no cost to me due to not being at fault etc. Would recommend.

Terrible place for repairs. My x-trail was taken here after someone hit me on the passenger side. They didn’t fix one of the doors, they left wires hanging from the front and when I drove the car over 90km it still shook.It was returned to be corrected and instead of fixing the door, they buffed it. I could still see the scratch. They actually damaged the back left side and put a scratch across the back and taillight (but claimed it wasn’t them), left it somewhere so that it ended up covered with dirt.NEVER use these guys. They will cut corners and they are not interested in doing a decent job for their customers.

I left my car with Pickering Smash Repairs for insurance repair work as one of the brands ‘preferred repairers’. They kept the car for almost a week despite having over a months lead time for the job, wrong parts turned up?! then they tell me one part still unavailable so the job remains incomplete and will require a second trip to them. To top things off when I picked the car up the interior has been damaged, and despite bringing it to their immediate attention, before even getting in the car myself they deny all responsibility. Two separate men from the business have called me this afternoon and basically called me a liar. I’ve reported the incident to my insurer who are investigating. If I could give no stars I would and if I can prevent the same thing happening to someone else I will! If you have a choice of repairer steer clear of Pickering Smash Repairs.

I took my car in for an insurance repair. My first impression was this is a very professional business, shown by the facility, and more importantly, the staff who were outstanding.The repair on my car was fast and to a very high standard. I am unable to see any signs of the repair to distinguish the car from new.As a sign to others of how good this business is, I had to wait three months for an opening where they could conduct the repairs. This shows how good they are when people are lining up and waiting for the service they provide.Very strong recommendation from me to others. Be patient, and you won't be disappointed.

These people need an injection of How to win friends and influence people". I asked twice for a quote and heard NOTHING!!! My brother went to them to ask advice on what to do with a paint issue and they didn't want to know him.They should realise that customers ARE their business and start treating people with respect. It's the little stuff that brings return business and referals. Hope you go broke! It'll serve you right - but you're too ignorant to listen to that advice
